FEES
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. We are a cashless salon. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. No Checks or Cash Please.
RESERVATIONS
When making a reservation, a 65% nonrefundable payment is needed. Within 24 hours of the start of the appointment, any cancellations or no shows will be charged 65% of the initial service fee. A store credit equal to the amount of any paid deposits will be given to you if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
You must give 24 hours' notice in order to reschedule or cancel an appointment. To cancel, kindly give us a call. We will confirm your daughters' appointment via text or email as a courtesy a day or two in advance.
However, please be aware that it is your duty to keep in mind the dates and times of your appointments in order to prevent late arrivals and cancellation fees in the event that we are unable to contact or reach you.
CANCELLATIONS
Although we'll make an effort to help, we can only guarantee service if you arrive for your appointment no more than fifteen minutes late. Since we value your time so highly, we try our best to minimize lengthy wait times in the salon; if you are going to be more than fifteen minutes late for your appointment, it might be canceled. Upon booking, a 65% nonrefundable payment is needed. Within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment start time, no-shows or cancellations will be charged 65% of the initial service fee. Our stylists are real people with families and occasionally need to cancel work. We ask for your understanding if your stylist needs to miss work due to unforeseen circumstances in life. We will attempt to reschedule your appointment with another member of our team if your stylist is unable to assist you. In the event that we are unable to reschedule your appointment, we will promptly get in touch with you to arrange a new time; if this is not possible, we will gladly return your deposit.
We can't guarantee that any request to switch services on the day of the appointment will be granted, but we'll try our best. Should a change of service request be possible on the day of the appointment, the larger cost of the original or new service will be applied to the appointment.
